After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to a form. Just fill it out with your event information (name, date, time, location, etc.).

Can I edit the information I have provided after an order is placed?

Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order.

2 round of revision is offered if needed for ready templates. Any changes after that will be USD $8 per round of revision.

Can I customize the themes further?

All videos will be created exactly like the Preview. But in case you have any special requirements, we charge $8 USD per hour of designer effort. Please share your requirements and the selected theme to us before placing the order. We will get the quote from our designers and get back to you.

I want my Video Invitation in Other languages like French, Spanish, Hindi. Is it possible?

No. You cannot. Currently we support only English language. If you have placed order in any other language, we do not guarantee the best possible experience.
